Roz Meraz

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Roz Meraz, affectionately known as Rozy, who departed this world on October 23, 2025, at the tender age of four. Born on January 22, 2021, Rozy filled the lives of those around him with warmth, joy, and innumerable cuddles.

To know Rozy was to embrace calmness and serenity; his friendly nature drew everyone in, making him a beloved member of the family. He had a special way of bowing his head and squeezing between legs, always seeking hugs and pats. His loyalty was unmatched, and he took great joy in the company of the little ones. With incredible patience, he allowed the babies to lay on him like a cozy pillow during family movie nights, all while demonstrating an enduring spirit of love and companionship.

Rozy had a playful side too; he delighted in chewing up toys and savored every morsel of food and treats that came his way. His love for life was evident in the sneaky little adventures he embarked upon, especially when he would sneak into his mom's room just to curl up beside her bed, finding comfort in her presence.

He will be greatly missed by his loving family, which includes Nereyda, Aidelin, Sam, Aleah, Isaiah, Jonah, and Noah, alongside his fur parents, Nova and Roscoe. Rozy’s spirit and love will forever shine brightly in their hearts, reminding them of the precious moments shared with such a cuddly and loyal companion. Rest peacefully, dear Rozy, knowing you brought boundless joy into the world.
