Nia Reyes, affectionately known as Nia Girl, was a radiant light in the lives of all who knew her. Born on October 27, 2021, she graced this world with her playful spirit and unwavering loyalty. Tragically, this beloved Doberman left us too soon on January 2, 2026, but her memory will forever remain a cherished part of her family.

From the very start, Nia brought joy and warmth into her home, having been gifted to her family as a Christmas present in 2021. With her boundless energy, she would race around the park, chasing birds and embodying pure delight. Those who were fortunate enough to share her life will remember not only her joyful antics but also her gentle nature, always ready to snuggle and spread love.

Nia was more than just a playful pup; she was a devoted protector. Her watchful eyes would alert her family whenever someone approached their home, ensuring that everyone felt safe and secure in her presence. She was a loyal companion, often nudging someone’s arm with her snout when she craved attention, reminding her family of her affection in her unmistakable way.

Her favorite place was Beal Dog Park, a haven where she could fully express her vivacious personality. Nia loved to play, especially with her German shepherd sister, and her heart swelled with joy whenever she could jump into someone’s bed for a cuddle. Those moments filled with warmth and companionship solidified her beloved status in the family. Alongside her fondness for ice, bones, and blueberries, Nia embodied the essence of joy which she generously shared with everyone around her.

Nia leaves behind her loving family: her parents, Nora and Greg Reyes, her big brother Damian, big sister Brenda, and her devoted dog sitter, all of whom will carry her spirit in their hearts. She also shared her life with her pet sibling, Baelee, creating countless memories together in their loving home.

Though Nia has departed from this earth, her spirit remains—reminding us of the beauty in companionship, the joy of play, and the warmth of unconditional love. She will be dearly missed, always remembered, and forever cherished. Sleep peacefully, sweet Nia Girl. Your playful spirit will continue to inspire those who were lucky enough to know you.
