Molly Young

Molly Young, a gray, miniature, Schnauzer was born

in November 2011 in Dallas. We brought her to

Midland on the first of December 2011 to our house

and she has been with us until now.

She has always been a good little dog going on daily

walks to the park area close to our house. She didn’t

care for squirrels and there were plenty in our front

yard. She would bark at them until a cage was

purchased to catch them. Then she and her owner

would go to a wooded area and release the caught

squirrel with the other squirrels in the area. This was

their routine for many years.

Molly’s Happy Places were in the backyard where

she could run and play. She was also happy going to

the “Dog Park” at Manor Park Retirement Village.

At the end of August 2026, Molly had a health issue

that could not be healed. We said goodbye and let her

know how much we loved her. She was a good dog

with our family and would have been 15 years old at

the end of November 2026
