Luna Trevino

Dec 16, 2024 — Sep 13, 2026

Luna “Monster Baby” Trevino, a beloved Shih Tzu, passed away on September 13, 2026. Born on December 16, 2024, Luna brought a special kind of joy to her family from the moment she came home in February of 2025.

Luna was loving, energetic, and deeply affectionate. She had a bright, playful spirit that made everyday life sweeter for everyone around her. She loved her Chewbacca toy and proudly carried it to visitors, as if sharing a treasured part of herself with each person who came through the door. She found some of her greatest happiness in simple comforts: sitting in her dad’s lap, napping with her sisters, and being close to the people and pets she loved most.

She also had a mischievous side that made her unforgettable. Luna was known for stealing socks from the laundry, a little habit that surely brought laughter to her family again and again. She loved cheese and turkey, and she made even ordinary moments feel special with her enthusiasm and charm.

Some of Luna’s most treasured times were spent swimming with her dad in the family pool. She loved the water, and she loved to run and play with Yeehaw. In every way, Luna knew how to enjoy life fully. She showed her love by sharing her favorite toys, and through her gentle affection she helped her family relax, smile, and appreciate the comfort of being loved so purely.

Luna leaves behind her devoted dad and mom, Joe and Precillia; her human siblings, Jason, Adriana, Jesse, Ashley, and Amber; and her pet siblings, Happy, Lady, and Yeehaw. She was a cherished part of their family, and her absence will be felt in the quiet spaces she once filled with warmth, and joy.

Though her time was far too short, Luna’s life was full of love, play, and closeness. She will be remembered in the sight of a favorite toy offered with pride, in the memory of little socks gone missing, in peaceful naps beside those she loved, and in the happiness of summer swims in the family pool. Luna was dearly loved, and she will be deeply missed always.
