Jasper Salazar-Vasquez

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Jasper Salazar-Vasquez, who brought immeasurable joy and love into our lives from November 24, 2018, until his departure on October 26, 2025. Jasper was more than just a pet; he was a cherished member of our family, a spirit filled with playful energy and an unending desire for attention and cuddles.

Jasper was a vibrant little soul, always ready for an adventure. He had a special way of making everyone feel loved, often grabbing our hands when he craved more affection, reminding us that nothing brought him greater happiness than being close to his family. His favorite moments were those spent nestled comfortably on our chests, a warm presence that created a bond as strong as any. Our hearts would swell with love as we watched him jump up, ready to snuggle down for a long nap, particularly relishing his cozy spots on Felipe and Elias's bed.

He was a spirited companion and an entertainer all at once. The sound of his endearing squeaky bark was music to our ears, often eliciting gentle knocks on the walls just to hear him respond. Our laughter filled the home as Jasper played joyfully with the kids, embodying pure delight and bringing happiness wherever he roamed.

Going outside was always an adventure for Jasper, especially when it involved those delightful Pup-poroni treats that awaited him upon re-entering the house. Each trip out was accompanied by his eagerness to not get left behind, always ensuring he was at our feet, ready for whatever fun was to come next.

Jasper leaves behind his loving family, including Eleazar, Florence, Elias, and Juan Salazar. Consuelo, Felipe, Cataleya, and Destiny Vasquez. Each of us will hold onto the beautiful memories we created together, cherishing the playful spirit that Jasper embodied. His absence is deeply felt, but his spirit will forever remain in our hearts, a testament to the love and joy he brought in his time with us.
