Edward Evans

January 28, 2019 — May 11, 2026

Edward "Ed" Evans, a giant black Schnoodle with a heart bigger than his paws, left paw prints on the hearts of all who knew him when he passed away on May 11, 2026. Born on January 28, 2019, Ed joined his beloved family at just 12 weeks old, traveling all the way from Missouri to his forever home.

Ed was a playful soul with a zest for life that shone brightest whenever a ball was within sight—he could chase it endlessly. Squeaky toys were his treasured companions, each one sparking a happy dance and a wagging tail. And treats? Oh, Ed never met a treat he didn't love, always grateful for every delicious offering that came his way.

But Ed was more than just a bundle of energy and fun; he had a gentle purpose too. As a certified therapy dog, Ed and his human mom, Ann, were a team of comfort and kindness. Together, they volunteered at Albuquerque Airport, where Ed proudly wore his role as a dog ambassador. His warmth and friendliness brought smiles to travelers, easing their journeys as only a loving dog can.

Ann, his human mom, was not just his caregiver but his best friend and loyal companion. The bond they shared was a special kind of friendship that only the truest of dogs and humans know—a connection full of trust, love, and endless moments of happiness.

Ed leaves behind Ann and a circle of family and friends who were lucky enough to share their lives with him. His presence, his happy spirit, and his heartfelt devotion will be missed but never forgotten.

Goodbye, sweet Ed. May the endless fields of tennis balls and squeaky toys await you on the other side, where every chase is forever joyful and every treat eternal. You were loved, you were cherished, and you will always be remembered with a full heart.
