Chapo, a radiant spirit of joy and love, graced this world with his presence from January 31, 2025, until his departure on December 5, 2025. Though his time with us was brief, he left pawprints on the hearts of everyone who was lucky enough to know him.
This loving, hyper, and playful soul spent his days filling his home with boundless happiness and unending affection. Chapo had a delightful knack for making every moment special, whether it was waiting patiently by the freezer for ice or eagerly lingering by the bathroom door, ready to jump in the shower with his beloved mom, Monique. His antics were a constant source of laughter and warmth, embodying the spirit of joy that all pets so uniquely bring into our lives.
Chapo had a special fondness for the little things that filled him with delight. He loved nothing more than to leap onto the couch, claiming his cozy space nestled between the legs of his family members or nestled in the bedroom on his Lion King blanket. Jumping at the back door or bounding around with playful exuberance, he generously shared his joy with all who crossed his path. Empty water bottles became his cherished playthings, providing hours of entertainment as he pounced and rolled. And of course, what could be sweeter than the sight of Chapo relishing in peanut butter treats?
Those who were fortunate enough to share their lives with him—his mom Monique, dad Pedro, sister Xiomara, brother Oseas Lujan Jr, and his fur sibling Dior—will forever hold dear the memories of Chapo’s exuberant spirit. He was always there, wanting to be held and cuddled, a companion whose warmth would wrap around anyone like a warm hug.
Though he may no longer be physically present, Chapo will live on in the memories and the hearts of those who loved him dearly. His playful spirit, loving nature, and hyper energy will remain an integral part of his family life, a reminder of the boundless joy that pets bring into our homes. Rest peacefully, dear Chapo; you were deeply loved, and you will be forever missed.
