It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Cece Gallardo, affectionately known as "CeCe Girl," who departed this world on November 17, 2025, at the age of 8. Born on February 19, 2017, CeCe was a gentle spirit whose presence touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

CeCe was a loyal companion, embodying a shyness that endeared her to those around her. Her protective nature over her family was unwavering, and while she exhibited a touch of jealousy around other female dogs, it was clear that her heart was full of love and affection for her own. CeCe had an extraordinary gentleness that allowed her to connect deeply with her humans, bringing warmth and comfort to their lives.

CeCe's journey began when she was posted on Facebook, seeking a forever home. Her family didn't hesitate to make the thirty-minute drive to welcome her into their fold. From that day forward, she became an inseparable part of their lives, relishing every moment spent together. She was particularly fond of traveling, eagerly joining her family on adventures, and enjoyed spending her nights snugly sleeping in her siblings' room.

Her love of meat, especially steaks, was well-known, and there wasn't anything quite like the joy of a good belly rub to bring out her playful spirit. CeCe's ability to love unconditionally made her more than just a pet; she was indeed a cherished family member for eight wonderful years.

Left to grieve her passing are her devoted parents, Ricardo and Aileen Gallardo, as well as her loving siblings, Adalynn, Jaylani, and Adriel Gallardo. The absence of CeCe will be profoundly felt, as her gentle nature and affectionate personality were a constant source of joy.

As we reflect on the life of CeCe Hinojos, we remember not just the loyalty and love she shared, but the countless moments of happiness she brought to her family. CeCe Girl will forever hold a special place in their hearts, and she will be dearly missed.
