Bentley Marlow

August 26, 2020 — November 1, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bentley Marlow, affectionately known as Doogie, who left us on November 1, 2025. Born on August 26, 2020, Adopted at just 6 weeks old Bentley quickly became a cherished member of his family and a source of endless joy and laughter.

Bentley was not just a pet; he was a beacon of love in the lives of those who knew him. His rambunctious spirit and playful antics were a constant reminder to find joy in the little things. He had an extraordinary talent for making everyone laugh, lightening up the room with his sweet presence. Whether he was engaging in a spirited game of chase around the house or cuddling in bed for a much-needed nap, Bentley had a remarkable ability to bring comfort and happiness to all.

At only 6 pounds, Bentley took his role as personal security very seriously, always ready to keep a watchful eye on his loved ones. He had a special spot by the big back door where he would peacefully bask in the warm sunlight as it streamed in each morning, which perfectly complemented his love for relaxation.

He had a playful side that shone brightly when it was time for fun. Bentley adored playing with his sister and was particularly fond of his squeaky pig toy, which often accompanied him during his adventures. But perhaps his greatest passion of all was sleeping—he was truly the best nap taker, finding joy in every cozy moment.

Bentley also had a taste for the finer things in life, such as French fries, a guilty pleasure that made any family gathering feel just a bit more special. His bond with his fur sister Patches was particularly heartwarming, as they shared many playful moments together that exemplified their companionship.

Bentley leaves behind his loving family who will forever treasure the memories created during their time together—his dad, James; his mom, Brittani; his brother, Gavin; his sister, Raegan; and his dear fur sister, Patches. While his physical presence is no longer with us, the love and joy he brought into their lives will remain forever ingrained in their hearts.

As we say goodbye to our beloved Doogie, we take solace in the laughter he brought into our home and the warmth he provided in our hearts. Bentley was an extraordinary soul who taught all of us the beauty of companionship, playfulness, and the simple joys of life. Rest in peace, sweet Bentley. Your spirit will always be a part of our family.
