Bentley Juarez

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Bentley Juarez, who filled our lives with joy from October 9, 2023, until November 15, 2025. Bentley was not just a pet; he was our cherished companion, a rescue pup with a heart as big as his playful spirit.

Bentley came into our lives a few years ago, discovered in a field, and it was as if he had always belonged with us. He quickly became an irreplaceable member of our family, bringing laughter and love to our home. His playful nature endeared him to everyone, especially to our two French bulldogs, with whom he formed a delightful bond. Of all his canine friendships, Bentley adored Shavel, our female bulldog, and their joyful playtimes were a sight to behold.

Fetch was one of Bentley’s favorite pastimes, although he had his own take on the game—bringing the toy back was often optional! His mischievous spirit shined through as he patiently awaited the leftovers during dinner, his eyes sparkling with anticipation. And while he loved to frolic with water, the hose was his favorite source of splashes and fun, while baths and pools remained his arch-nemeses.

Bentley was sweet, goofy, and full of personality. Memories of him stealing my shoes while I lounged by the pool—where he would gleefully drag them to the back door—are treasures I will hold dear. It made no sense at the time, but perhaps that was Bentley's charm, always leaving us amused and puzzled. His unique habit of dumping his food bowl and choosing to enjoy his meals straight from the floor was yet another testament to his quirky, lovable nature.

Though our time together was far too short, Bentley brought immeasurable joy into our lives. His spirit will forever be missed, but the love and laughter he shared will continue to warm our hearts. Rest in peace, dear Bentley, you were truly one of a kind.
