Bailey Corgill

November 6, 2018 — April 14, 2026

Bailey, a bright light in the lives of all who knew her, left this world on April 14, 2026, after adorning it with nearly eight wonderful years of love and joy. Born on November 6, 2018, Bailey was an American Cocker Spaniel with a beautiful blonde/red coat—a splash of sunshine and warmth in her family’s every day.

From the moment she stepped paw into her forever home, it was love at first sight. Bailey was much more than a pet—she was a playful spirit, sometimes mischievous but always loyal to her humans. Her playful antics often included a cheeky habit: stealing other dogs’ toys, though curiously, she never seemed all that interested in her own. Every treat was a delight to her, yet ice cream ruled her heart—and tummy!

Bailey had the heart and courage of a champion escape artist, especially noticeable whenever she saw her human mom, Randi, preparing to leave. She wanted to be sure she was not left behind, no matter the odds. One unforgettable testament to Bailey’s resilience came when she survived a severe coyote attack, defying the vet’s prognosis. Though told she might not make it, she fought on and graced us two more precious years.

Bailey leaves behind her devoted human family: her mom, Randi, and dad, Dusty, along with Branham, Laney, Addison, Raelynn, Tanner, and Brooklyn, all of whom she loved fiercely. Her wonderful dog siblings Peppy and Stevie Nicks also remain to carry on her playful spirit. Together, they formed a family bound not just by blood or fur but by deep affection.

Bailey’s affection was unconditional and wonderfully simple—she loved “liking” every bit of you: your hands, arms, legs, and face. Most of all, she loved snuggles, wrapping herself close like a warm, furry 'little spoon' or perched right on Randi’s pillow, just above her head, guarding and comforting her best friend through every high and low.

Traveling was another of Bailey’s favorite adventures. She could journey on and on, as long as the road promised new sights—and, of course, the chance to stay close to those she loved most. Bailey wasn’t just a companion on the road; she was a steadfast friend, a source of comfort, and an endless well of joyous moments.

In the story of her life, Bailey was a light that will never dim. Her courage, loyalty, and love touched every heart privileged to know her. Rest well, dear Bailey. You will be missed beyond words.
